Cancellation Policy
At Belly Vue Center, LLC, a 30% deposit is required to secure each appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your selected service. Please note the following: The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit can be refunded or applied to a future booking. The remaining balance for the selected service will be collected at the time of service. By booking with us, you agree to these terms to ensure fairness for all clients.
